- Furniture pieces (Seating, Tables, Storage, Bedroom, Living Room) must show no signs of assembly attempts
- Bathroom items must be in sealed, original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Items marked "final sale" or "clearance"
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper assembly
- Opened bathroom accessories that cannot be resold
Return Process
