  • Bathroom items must be in sealed, original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Items marked "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper assembly
  • Opened bathroom accessories that cannot be resold

Return Process
